Job Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Psychiatrist for a full-time, onsite adult inpatient role in Alton, IL . The position offers a predictable Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with no weekends, holidays, or after-hours call . It involves providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborating with a treatment team in a secure clinical setting.
Compensation ranges from $210–$225 per hour, with an estimated annual salary of $450,000–$470,000.
The role includes an average caseload of ~22 patients per day.
Qualifications include MD or DO, active Illinois medical license, and prior inpatient experience preferred.
