LifeStance Health is growing in Carmel, Indiana, and we're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our outpatient team. Enjoy the autonomy of private practice with the support of a large, clinician-led organization committed to delivering high-quality mental healthcare. We offer a flexible schedule, strong referral network, full administrative support, and the opportunity to collaborate with experienced therapists, psychologists, and advanced practice providers while focusing on what matters most: patient care.
We offer Psychiatrists:
Competitive compensation model based on productivity - $300,000-$375,000

Part-time and full-time schedule availability

Outpatient practice setting; no call, no nights, and no weekends required
Additional compensation offered for supervising Nurse Practitioners (not required)

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We are seeking Psychiatrists that are:
Fully licensed in Indiana (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA
Experience in medication management and psychotherapy
Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
Hybrid role
$300,000 - $375,000 a year
