About the Role
We are hiring psychiatrists for outpatient care in Wisconsin. The position offers flexible and hybrid work arrangements.
Working Conditions
Full‑time and part‑time (20 hours+ per week) with flexible scheduling
Hybrid model: on‑site and telehealth
100% outpatient work – no nights, hospital calls, or weekends
Unlimited/uncapped earnings model
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $305,000 - $406,000 (full‑time) with sign‑on bonus. Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, paid parental leave, employee assistance program, continuing education units, and more.
Qualifications
MD or DO
Fully licensed in Wisconsin
Experience with child, adolescent, or adult patients
