Psychiatrist – Clinical Care + Clinical Research | DFW
Epic Medical Research is looking for aPsychiatrist to join our growing physician-led clinical and research organization in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
This isnot a traditional psychiatry position . The right physician will have the opportunity to combineoutpatient psychiatric care with industry-sponsored clinical research , including participation as an Investigator or Sub-Investigator on psychiatric and neuroscience clinical trials.

$400K+ total compensation potential with competitive base salary + performance/research bonuses
Primary location inHurst, TX , with additional coverage inSouth Dallas
Hybrid schedule with some remote/telepsychiatry work
Established clinical and research infrastructure
Dedicated research coordinators, recruitment, regulatory, and operational support
Opportunity to participate in cutting-edge pharmaceutical and biotech clinical trials
Ability to grow into a largerclinical research and leadership role
Strong administrative support so physicians can focus on patients and research
Ideal Candidate:
MD or DO with completed Psychiatry residency
Texas licensed or eligible for Texas licensure
Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
Strong outpatient psychiatry skills
Interested in clinical research and innovative psychiatric treatments
Prior clinical trial experience is a plus,but not required — we can train and support the right physician
