We are seeking a full-time Board Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join a hospital-based practice at Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center in Eagle Pass, Texas. • Practice Setting: Hospital-based psychiatric service with modern inpatient units and outpatient clinics
• Support / Care Team: Experienced psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, nursing, and behavioral health support staff
• EMR / Technology: Cerner electronic medical record system
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to inpatient and outpatient populations including diagnosis, treatment, and management of mental health disorders
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, APPs, nursing, therapists, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities efficiently in a hospital setting
• Document patient care thoroughly using Cerner EMR system

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active or eligible for Texas medical license
• Commitment to patient-centered psychiatric care
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
