Qualifications:
Experience or training in adult inpatient and evaluation services.
Experience with a multidisciplinary team.
Board-certified (or board-eligible psychiatrist if within 5 years of residency).
State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health medical license; DEA; CCSR.
