Clinic hours Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm; Tue until 6 pm
Outpatient psychiatry clinic setting
Adult clinic services including crisis intervention and assessment
Individual therapy, peer support, and senior services required
Care management and assertive community treatment (ACT) required
Psychiatric, medication, and related health services required
