Job description
A Psychiatry Career Built Around You
This isn’t just another psychiatry job.
It’s a chance to shape what the next chapter of mental health care looks like.
At My Psychiatrist, we’re not building clinics — we’re building a movement.
Physician-led. Purpose-driven. Designed for impact.
Here, psychiatrists don’t just treat.
They lead, teach, innovate, and transform care at scale.
We’re looking for exceptional psychiatrists who want more:
More purpose.
More autonomy.
More upside.
Build Your Practice. On Your Terms.
With locations across Florida — and expansion into new markets — you have the freedom to design your career around your life, not the other way around.
We don’t place psychiatrists into predefined roles.
We build around the right people.
Your location.
Your clinical interests.
Your patient population.
Your long-term vision.
If you want to plant roots in Tampa, we’ll build there — deliberately, not reactively.
Because real balance doesn’t come from policies.
It comes from alignment.
Your Role
Deliver high-quality psychiatric care across outpatient and/or inpatient settings
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, physician-led team
Contribute to clinical innovation and program development
Mentor and support clinicians and trainees (if aligned with your goals)
Help shape a culture defined by excellence, accountability, and growth
