At Soluna Psychiatry, we believe healing happens through meaningful relationships, evidence-based treatment, and a supportive team culture. We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults.
Psychiatrist (MD/DO) in Conroe, TX
This is an excellent full or part‑time opportunity for an innovative psychiatrist who values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration while building a thriving outpatient practice.
Position Highlights
Hybrid schedule (Telehealth + In-Person)
Offices in Conroe, Texas
Flexible scheduling
Full administrative support
Established referral network
Insurance‑based outpatient practice
No hospital call
No inpatient responsibilities
Collaborative team of therapists and behavioral health professionals
Compensation
50% commission on collected insurance revenue
Unlimited earning potential based on productivity
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
Provide ongoing medication management and follow‑up care
Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Deliver high‑quality, ethical, patient‑centered psychiatric care
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain before start date)
Current DEA registration
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable providing care via both telehealth and in‑person visits
