/nA confidential behavioral health organization in St. Charles, Illinois is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Medical Director with a strong background in addiction psychiatry and substance use treatment./n

/nThe program provides multiple levels of behavioral healthcare, including detoxification, residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services, with approximately 100 total beds/program capacity./n
/n
/nThe Medical Director will provide clinical leadership while remaining actively involved in patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist who enjoys working in an addiction-focused environment and wants to play a meaningful role in clinical quality, treatment planning, and program development.
