Greater Binghamton Health Center (GBHC), an Office of Mental Health (OMH) facility in New York's Southern Tier, is recruiting a Psychiatrist 3 to provide clinical and administrative oversight of medical staff assigned to adult and children inpatient units and outpatient clinics.
