Benefits and Features
Salary:
$150 / hour – can work a 35‑hour week if preferred
Sign‑on bonus: $5,000

Role
Medical Director Psychiatrist – blend of clinical and leadership responsibilities
Location: Group has multiple sites including Wolfeboro and Conway, New Hampshire; convenient drive to Boston, Portland, or Montreal
Typical hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (flexible schedule, 35 hours per week, 4‑day work week available)
Outpatient community mental health setting primarily seeing adult patients
Visits: 30min for existing patients, 90min for evaluations
Option to see children and adolescents if desired
Calls: voluntary and by phone only; can be done from home and is compensated
Support staff: APP and RN
Qualifications
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Psychiatry
Eligible for New Hampshire medical license
Visa sponsorship if necessary (J‑1 / H1B)
