MercyOne New Hampton Clinic seeks a BC/BE Full Scope Psychiatrist to join our fully outpatient behavioral health team. Enjoy strong support, flexible practice design, and excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights
100% outpatient; no call, weekends, or holidays
2-year income guarantee + wRVU model
$150,000 recruitment incentive
Moving assistance up to $15,000

Collaborative multidisciplinary behavioral health team
Duties
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations
Provide follow-up visits and medication management
Maintain thorough, timely EMR documentation
Requirements
BC/BE Psychiatrist, Iowa license eligible, DEA, H-1B exempt .
