Clinical Leadership: Act as a critical clinical leader providing mentorship and consultations to our broader medical team, including NPs and PAs .

Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000
Performance Bonus: Up to $45,000 annual incentive potential

What You'll Do
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments using standardized diagnostic tools .
Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions (e.g., Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD) .
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, carefully monitoring effectiveness, side effects, and patient adherence .
Deliver remote consultations utilizing Nao Medical’s modern virtual telehealth platforms while strictly prioritizing patient privacy and HIPAA compliance .
Collaborate closely with primary care providers and clinical leads to optimize interdisciplinary clinic efficiency in our Mineola clinic .
Accurately document all psychiatric encounters and medical records inside the EMR system utilizing our built-in AI copilots .
Requirements
MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted New York State Medical License
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
Valid Federal DEA Registration and Medication Administration Training (MAT) Certificate
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control
Preferred / A Plus: Suboxone Certification
Ability to handle a digital patient load efficiently while maintaining extreme professionalism and emotional resilience in sensitive situations .
