The facility maintains established multidisciplinary protocols and dedicated clinical resources to support continuity of inpatient psychiatric care for an adult involuntary population. Locum tenens coverage is sought on an immediate and ongoing basis to meet the clinical needs of the population served.

Notable destinations include the Mills at Jersey Gardens - New Jersey's largest outlet retail center with over 200 stores - Liberty Hall Museum, and Warinanco Park. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services on an adult involuntary unit, working day shifts totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include rounding on and managing a daily caseload of 10-20 adult patients, conducting psychiatric evaluations, and providing medication management. Support staff includes residents, nursing personnel, and social workers to facilitate continuity of care. Call requirements are negotiable for this assignment.
