Job description
A well-established and thriving private practice in Southeast Massachusetts presents a unique acquisition opportunity. This longstanding outpatient psychiatry and therapy practice provides comprehensive mental health services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and telehealth appointments (typically following an initial in-person visit).
nnAbout the Position:
nnTreat adult patients in an outpatient setting
nBeautifully appointed office space
nMonday through Friday office hours
n32-36 hour work week with 4 hours of administrative time
n60 Minute Initial Evaluations
n30 Minutes Follow-Up appointments
nThe schedule allows time for consultative and counseling
nOutstanding support from the administrative and therapy staff
nPrior authorization assistance
nApproximately 80% of visits are in the office, and 20% are telehealth
nElectronic Medical Records
nTake over practice with a structured buyout
n nCompensation and Benefits:
nnHigh guaranteed base salary for the first two years
n25k Retention bonus
