Opportunity Details
Clinical lead of a new Clozapine clinic and responsible for all aspects of patient care on the team, including safety and quality.
Complete admission assessment with a focus on comprehensive risk assessment for all new intakes, and re‑assessment of patients in a timely fashion consistent with policy.
Complete treatment plan documentation consistent with policy and appropriate to patients' risk level.
Participate in performance improvement, quality assurance, and clinical pertinence activities.
Participate in utilization review and management and maintain focus on patient experience, access to care, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
Active New York State Medical License.
Wages and Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $267,900* (board eligible); $278,200* (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $398,690** (board eligible) and $410,020** (board certified), including baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors.
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Immediate vesting in a 3% company contribution of base earnings; no employee match required.
After one year of service, additional 7% company contribution of base earnings; no employee match required.
Annual continuing medical education (CME) reimbursement.
