Position Overview
We are actively looking to hire Adult & Child Psychiatrists within our Dayton Area Clinics who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
Key Details
Full‑time or part‑time with up to 75% work from home via telehealth.
Flexible work schedules.
Full‑time and part‑time available.
100% outpatient work. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
Telemedicine and in‑person flexibility – hybrid schedule.
Compensation range $327,000 – $414,000, productivity‑based model.
Sign‑on bonus.
Annual incentive program.
Additional compensation for collaboration with mid‑levels (optional).

Fully licensed in the state of Ohio, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
Experienced in treating adults, child/adolescent or lifespan.
Qualifications
Fully licensed in Ohio, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
Experience treating adults, child/adolescent, or lifespan populations.
Commitment to evidence‑based, medically driven outpatient psychiatry.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid telehealth and in‑person model.
