Job description
ISHE in New York is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to provide clinical guidance and consultation across complex cases and transitional care scenarios. The physician will collaborate with the Clinical Team to support person-centered services and optimize Life Plans.
Responsibilities include reviewing discharge summaries, advising on medication regimens, and supporting after-hours staff. Licensing in NY and OPWDD familiarity are required, with strong computer skills.
