Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital’s Outpatient Behavioral Health Department is seeking a psychiatrist to join their team in Santa Rosa, California.

This hybrid position offers the unique opportunity to combine interventional psychiatry through Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) with traditional longitudinal outpatient care.

This position focuses on mental health care in an outpatient facility, providing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels of care. The Outpatient Behavioral Health psychiatrist/provider is an essential part of a strong multidisciplinary team working in-person in a collaborative, close-knit environment dedicated to providing excellent patient care.

This position includes opportunities for program development and leadership, with potential for growth into a Medical Director role.

The Value of Working with UsFull-Time Position 40 hours a weekMonday through Friday with work/life balanceOutpatient CareNo callBase Compensation is between $309,000 and $342,000 per year.Total Cash Compensation is between $349,125 and $382,125 per year.Earnings potential for seasoned clinicians exceed $400kThe posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
