Deliver exceptional patient care
Join the growing clinical team and support the launch of a new office in South Bend, Indiana
Provide mental healthcare services in an outpatient care setting

Requirements
Fully licensed in Indiana (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA
Experience in medication management and psychotherapy
Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in delivering mental healthcare services, including medication management and psychotherapy, to diverse populations in an outpatient setting. Holds a valid Indiana license and an active DEA, ensuring compliance and quality patient care.
