Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive health services to the Georgia Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at West Central Prison located in Zebulon, Georgia.The Psychiatrist works within a multi-disciplinary team to provide behavioral health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in a correctional setting.QualificationsMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school requiredBoard certification or eligibility in PsychiatryActive and unrestricted medical license or the ability to obtain licensureMust show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registrationAbility to pass credentialing and background checkAvailable Shift10 hours per weekWeekdaysDay ShiftWe offer excellent compensation and benefits for our part-time team members, including:401(k) with company matchCompany paid malpractice insuranceGenerous paid time offCenturion Health contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings.
