Adult Inpatient Psychiatrists
Position Overview
Cleveland Clinic Indian River Behavioral Health Center – Vero Beach, Florida is seeking ABPN board‑certified Adult Inpatient Psychiatrists to join our growing team. The role will lead clinicians in a 36‑bed inpatient unit while expanding neuropsychiatry and geropsychiatry services. Expertise in geriatric psychiatry and ECT certification are highly desired.
Responsibilities
Lead inpatient psychiatry team and supervise clinicians.
Provide inpatient coverage and develop two half‑day outpatient clinics per week.
Focus on bridge clinic follow‑up visits and intensive outpatient program referrals.
Optionally serve as medical director of the Behavioral Health Center for CCIR.
Handle weekend call approximately 1 in 4 weekends with cross‑coverage.
Qualifications
ABPN board‑certified Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist.
Experience in inpatient psychiatry operations preferred.
Geriatric psychiatry expertise highly desired.
ECT certification strongly preferred.
