Job description
Seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for a newly opened 75+bed adult behavioral health hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
Position Highlights:
Medical Director opportunity at a newly opened 75+bed hospital
Adult inpatient behavioral health program focused on mental health and substance use disorders
Current census is fewer than 10 patients , with a gradual ramp-up planned over the next several months
Opportunity to help shape the program and clinical operations during its early growth phase
Join the program as it expands its psychiatric services and patient volume
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active or eligible Missouri medical license
Inpatient behavioral health experience preferred
Experience with substance use disorders/addiction is a plus
