Overview
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for Medical Director of our Moses Campus Child Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic. Faculty appointment available commensurate with qualifications at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. There is opportunity to participate in faculty practice and optional evening and weekend coverage of our 3 Bronx hospitals for additional experience and compensation.
In addition to a competitive salary of $225,000-260,000, we offer the opportunity to make more income with additional call responsibilities and productivity incentives. LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) are also offered.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate for this critical position will provide leadership to an outstanding staff of Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Social Workers, training, education, supervision and mentorship for psychiatry residents, child and adolescent psychiatry fellows and psychology interns and externs, and clinical services for the Bronx community.
The clinic provides outstanding general and specialty clinical services, including programs in DBT, CBT and for the treatment of patients with Eating Disorders.
Requirements
Eligible applicants will be Board Certified in Psychiatry and Board Eligible or Certified for additional qualifications in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
