Job description
Seeking BE/BC Child Psychiatrist to join team in SW Kentucky, just north of Nashville, TN at a distinguished 97-bed psychiatric facility, is dedicated to providing mental health services to children (ages 4-12), adolescents (ages 13-17), adults, and the unique needs of military individuals and their families. Offering mental health, substance abuse, and detox treatment, our state-of-the-art 79,000 square foot facility, established in 2012, stands as one of 12 "Centers of Excellence".
Full-Time, Employed Opportunity
General Psychiatry with Substance Abuse Treatment (no Addiction fellowship required)
In-Patient Setting
On-site services
Duties include Rounding, Admissions, Treatment Team participation, Discharge Summaries, Medication Management
On-site service only;
Mon-Fri work schedule with participation in call rotation of 1 weekend per month for staff psychiatrist (no call requirement for Medical Director).
Child & Adolescent Caseload of 16 per day;
Supervision of APRNs.
