Job description
Overview
LifeStance Health seeks adult psychiatrists. We offer a competitive compensation package with a signing bonus, flexible work schedule, outpatient-only practice, full-time options, no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. The schedule supports hybrid telemedicine and in-person work with a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, paid parental leave, holidays, EAP, and more). There is additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional). We provide a collegial work environment with newly designed offices, full administrative support, and the latest digital technology to support strong work–life balance.
Responsibilities
Adult psychiatrists contribute to the clinical team by providing evidence-based psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy, in an outpatient setting.
Qualifications
Fully licensed in one or more US states
Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC), with an unencumbered DEA
Experienced in both medication management and therapy
