Job description
Cook Children's Health Care System in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse for the Psychiatry department at the Dodson Medical Office Building. The LVN will work under RN supervision to provide skilled care aligned with individualized care plans.
The LVN must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold TX LVN licensure, and maintain current BLS certification; a valid driver's license is required.
