Job description
Houston, TX Psych NP 4 day week - to 155K + benefits Seeking Psych NP for fulltime W2 opportunity
$135k - $155k range, with RVUs base + bonus model
Treat mostly adults, with some juvenile cases
Mild to moderate patient acuity
Mostly Medicare seniors doing routine family medicine
Evals + med management. 25-30 patients / day
Flexible schedule for patient and provider considerations
Prioritizing avoiding burnout and making a long-lasting relationship
Position qualifies for a comprehensive onsite support team, and will feel like family

No call
Integrative care model, work alongside a supportive and collaborative team of MDs, Mas, etc.
Hybrid (in person + remote) schedule with 2-3 days remote possible
Potential relocation assistance available
