Job description
A New York City health services organization is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their Community Psychiatry team, providing leadership and oversight to a fellowship program while collaborating with multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the Community Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner Fellowship
Acting as the primary preceptor for the Fellows
Developing and implementing the fellowship curriculum
Maintaining relationships with external agency partners
Performing assessments and treatment planning for patients
Handling other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Current NYS license as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Leadership skills
Curriculum development
Patient care expertise
Strong communication skills
