Position Overview
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting.
You'll become part of a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, professional growth, and providing patients with personalized treatment plans that improve lives.
What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide medication management and follow-up care
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff
Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
Participate in collaborative treatment planning
Learn and support innovative treatment modalities, including TMS and SPRAVATO , as appropriate
Who We're Looking For
We welcome both new graduate and experienced PMHNPs.
Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate in Nursing
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
Active Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Commitment to evidence-based psychiatric treatment
Desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Work Schedule
To ensure a successful onboarding experience and strong clinical collaboration:
First 90 Days: Onsite Monday Friday
After Successful Onboarding: Transition to a hybrid schedule of 2 3 onsite days per week , based on clinical needs and provider performance
