Outpatient PMHNP Flexible Schedule, Collaborative Team, Scenic Hudson Valley

Openings in Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, or Kingston, NY (flexible site placement).
About the Organization:
Step into a rewarding career with a designated CCHP Underserved Mental Health Center (CMHC) serving the Hudson Valley region. This outpatient practice is known for its comprehensive, team-based approach , with adult and child psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses working together to provide the highest quality of care.
Position Highlights:
Full-time options: 40 hours or 36 hours/week (with prorated salary)
Flexible schedule: Monday Friday or 4x10-hour shifts
Clinic hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
100% outpatient only no call, no weekends
Bilingual Spanish a strong plus
Clinical Details:
Adults: minute follow-ups, minute evaluations
Child/adolescent: up to 90-minute evaluations at provider discretion
EMR: Netsmart
Full clinical support: nurses and therapists complete comprehensive workups before psychiatric visits
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive employed salary: $155,000 $170,000 (commensurate with schedule & experience)
