This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview Full-time (3.5-5 days/week) within Monday - Friday
Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
No nights or weekends
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Coverage area includes St. Joseph, Missouri, and surrounding areas
Compensation and Benefits W2 position with full benefits

Qualifications Active, unrestricted MO state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
Active DEA or willingness to obtain
1 year of experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA
Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
