Established behavioral health clinic in Southeastern Pennsylvania is actively seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for its Adult Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)!
Highlights:
Full-time Medical Director position overseeing the Adult Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).100% on-site role with a Monday-Friday schedule.Combination of clinical leadership and patient care responsibilities.Adult patient caseload of approximately 16 patients per day.Responsibilities include:Clinical oversight of inpatient and PHP servicesDirect patient evaluations and treatmentTreatment planning and multidisciplinary team participationProgram leadership and quality initiativesSupervision of PMHNPsOpportunity to lead an established behavioral health program within a collaborative care environment.Competitive compensation package including:Base salaryProduction bonus potential$25,000 Commencement BonusCME allowancePTOComprehensive benefits packagePaid malpractice insurancePotential relocation assistance and additional incentives
Requirements:
