Join a Collaborative Behavioral Health Team Making a Lasting Impact She Recruits is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to recruit a Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) for an outpatient behavioral health opportunity based in McBee, South Carolina .
This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. You'll practice across regional outpatient clinics, with two days each week based in McBee , enjoying a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and an outstanding work-life balance.

Strong administrative and clinical support
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations
Diagnose and manage a variety of behavioral health conditions
Develop individualized treatment and medication management plans
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, nurses, and primary care providers
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current NCCPA certification
Active South Carolina Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric or behavioral health experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Preferred Experience in outpatient psychiatry or integrated behavioral health
Comfortable managing patients with a broad range of psychiatric diagnoses
Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR platforms
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $100,000 $120,000
