Psychiatric NP opening in Bloomington, INFull-Time Hybrid Adults, Children, and Adolescents FQHC Look-Alike SettingAn accessible, integrated healthcare organization in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric services in a hybrid care model.Opportunity Highlights:Full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner opportunity
Hybrid role with remote and other work locations
FQHC Look-Alike setting focused on accessible, integrated healthcare
Provide psychiatric services for adults, children, and adolescents
Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Provide medication management
Collaborate with treatment team members on diagnosis, case formulation, and treatment planning
Maintain effective collaboration with Psychiatrists
Follow best-practice prescribing protocols
Work closely with clinical support and nursing teams to support patients during and between appointments
Strong fit for a provider comfortable with both in-person and virtual communication
Compensation and Benefits:Salary range: $99,000 - $148,525

Candidate Requirements:Master's Degree in Nursing required
Clinical Nurse Specialist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Licensed or eligible for licensure
Must have or be able to quickly obtain prescriptive authority
1-3 years of psychiatric nursing or mental health care experience preferred
Strong written, verbal, in-person, and virtual communication skills
Comfortable providing psychiatric care across adult, child, and adolescent populations
