What You'll DoProvide psychiatric care to a consistent patient caseload in skilled nursing and assisted living facilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication managementDiagnose, treat, and manage mental health conditions in older adultsCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomesDeliver compassionate, patient-centered care that improves quality of life QualificationsPsychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Board certification in psychiatry or a minimum of 2 years of direct psychiatric prescription management experienceActive Virginia license and DEA requiredStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsAbility and desire to work autonomouslyPassion for mental health and caring for the older adult population CompensationExpected compensation ranges from $101,938 to $120,325 annually, with uncapped productivity income potential.
