Join a hospital, located in beautiful Northeast Oregon, who is looking to add a Psychiatric Mental Health Physician Assistant to their Behavioral Health Clinic.

Team consists of 1 fulltime physician and wonderful team of 6 LCSW's who serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern OregonWork for an independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system that includes a community hospital as well as 19 primary and specialty clinicsOutpatient Rural Health Clinic Four 10-hour days per weekAverage 14-17 patients per dayScribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per dayLab on site30+ exam rooms1:16 call; phone call onlyFulltime, permanentEpic EMR Very competitive total compensation opportunity with RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold, Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually, and Commencement bonus of $15,000,Comprehensive benefits including a 401k match and Paid malpractice, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME timeStudent loan assistanceSmall but vibrant community with a high ranked school-system and a diverse and rich outdoor lifestyle.
