This role focuses on providing psychiatric care in a skilled nursing facility setting with flexibility and strong support.Position Highlights:Part-time schedule: 2 days per week (Monday-Friday options)Rounding in skilled nursing facility (short-term units)Remote documentation within 48 hours using provided iPad or laptopFlexible schedule with strong autonomySupportive clinical and administrative environmentResponsibilities:Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansPrescribe and manage psychiatric medicationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary facility staffEnsure timely and accurate clinical documentationQualifications:Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)Active Texas licenseDEA preferred but not requiredExperience in healthcare or long-term care preferred but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:Fee-for-service compensation modelExpected annual compensation: $51,015 - $71,421 with uncapped productivity potentialProfessional liability insurance coverageFlexible scheduleProfessional development assistanceEmployee assistance programReferral program
