Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Opening Oklahoma City, OK Located in Oklahoma City, OklahomaFull-Time, Permanent Practice Overview Full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity serving four Level II NICUs throughout the Oklahoma City metro area Collaborate closely with an established team of Neonatologists to provide comprehensive neonatal care Provide care across four Level II NICUs: Lakeside Southwest Canadian Valley Edmond Work 12 shifts per month , providing approximately 18 days off each month Flexible schedule consisting of a combination of: 12-hour shifts 24-hour in-house shifts Home call Additional opportunities available covering the newborn nursery with optional 4-hour shifts Practice in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality neonatal care to newborns and their families New graduates/fellows are encouraged to apply Visa sponsorship is not available Compensation & Recruitment Package Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for additional shifts Relocation assistance may be available Job Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing Current National APRN Neonatal certification Oklahoma APRN license or eligibility DEA registration required prior to start Board Certified Visa sponsorship is not available Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Health Savings Account (HSA) Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Voluntary supplemental benefit plans Comprehensive employee wellness and work-life balance programs Community DetailsOklahoma City combines the affordability and friendliness of a smaller community with the amenities of a growing metropolitan area.
