Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)Location: Walla Walla, WA - Spokane 150m, Seattle 260mEmployment Type: Full-Time (flexible start with part-time option)Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 + productivity bonus Position SummaryA Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is sought to provide comprehensive psychiatric care in a collaborative, team-based environment. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions using evidence-based practices, while working alongside physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. Position Highlights Competitive base salary with productivity bonus potential Flexible scheduling with option to start part-time and grow into full-time Collaborative care model with strong interdisciplinary support Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations Telehealth services included as part of care delivery Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental status exams Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions using evidence-based guidelines Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment, and lifestyle modifications Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and community resources for coordinated care Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in compliance with regulations Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide clinical guidance to nursing and support staff as appropriate Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (PMHNP specialization) Active PMHNP certification and state licensure (or eligibility) Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse patient populations Spanish language proficiency preferred Practice Highlights Patient-centered behavioral health environment Focus on quality care, collaboration, and service excellence Opportunity for professional growth and expanded responsibilities Estimated pay range/amount is $125,000 to $140,000.
