Job description
Role:
Psychiatry Physician providing inpatient mental health care in an adult practice setting.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering psychiatric assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing patient care within a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm.
Qualifications and Skills:
Active New York medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification.
Key Duties
Provide inpatient psychiatric services to adult patients
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
Complete credentialing within 4-6 weeks
Additional information:
Malpractice insurance arrangements are typically provided, with support for travel and lodging. This role focuses on delivering effective mental health treatment in a hospital setting, requiring licensed, credentialed professionals with BLS and DEA credentials.
