Seeking board certified or truly board eligible psychiatrists
Medical Director and staff psychiatrist opportunities
Anticipated need for one to two psychiatrists at the same facility
Initial hiring priority is a Medical Director ; the facility can begin with one physician in this role
Adult patient population with psychiatric and substance use treatment needs
Combined inpatient psychiatric and detoxification/residential treatment setting
Current facility census is in the 70s
Census reflects the overall facility population, not an individual provider's daily caseload
Addiction fellowship training or certification is not required
Medical Director role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership responsibilities
Staff psychiatrist role focuses on direct patient care
