Job description
Combine inpatient psychiatric care with a flexible Medical Director opportunity in Danvers.
$350,000 $400,000 annual compensation
Full-time physician leadership role
Onsite 3 5 days per week, based on your preference
Portion of work may be completed virtually
Morning and early-afternoon clinical schedule
Supervise and support psychiatric APPs/midlevel providers
Partner directly with facility leadership, including the CEO
Report to the Nationwide Chief Medical Officer
You ll provide direct psychiatric patient care while offering clinical oversight, participating in treatment-team meetings, and helping guide quality care across the program.
