Job Summary
nInpatient Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (Onsite only)
nJob Duties
nGeisinger and Acadia Healthcare have formed a joint venture partnership to build and operate two behavioral health facilities, one in each of its Central and Northeast Pennsylvania regions. These facilities will serve as acute care hubs of an enterprise system of behavioral health care.

nOpened: August 2025
nnnAcadia serves as joint venture facility administrator.
n
nnBoth facilities are contemporary, freestanding health care facilities designed and constructed using advanced approaches to quality and safety.
n
nnThe Centers serve both adult and pediatric populations.
n
nnThe Behavioral Health centers offer Partial Hospitalization Programs, Intensive Outpatient Programs and Brain Stimulation Therapy.
n
nnIndividuals benefitting from these services carry common psychiatric diagnoses including but not limited to: Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma-Related Disorders, Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder, and Substance- Use Disorders.

nnThe Centers are licensed initially for 96 inpatient beds and have the capacity to add an additional 48 beds in the future.

nnFacilities are approximately 72,00 square feet.
n
nnFacilities utilize EPIC for electronic medical record documentation.
n
n nWork is typically performed in a clinical and office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
