Job description
Coverage: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
EMR: MediTech
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient & Telehealth
Schedule:
Outpatient Adult Psychiatry: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
No scheduled patients during lunch
Average 7 14 outpatient visits/day
Weekend on-call coverage approximately 1 week every 6 7 weeks
Weekend call: Friday 5:00 PM Monday 8:00 AM
Available by phone 24/7 during call
Daily inpatient rounds during weekend call
Inpatient Coverage:
Acute Behavioral Health Stabilization Unit
Average daily census: 12 across units
Weekend psychiatrist evaluates/accepts new admissions and rounds on current inpatients

30-minute response time
Approximately 2 phone consults/call
Approximately 12 patients seen
Approximately 2 admissions
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Fellowship preferred
Montana medical license or IMLC
BLS
Hospital privileges required
Clinical Areas:

Personality, eating, developmental, psychotic and organic disorders
Involuntary commitments
Seclusion and restraint
Pharmacotherapy
Group and family therapy
