Job description
We areseeking a Board-Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join anestablished behavioral health program in Mansfield Center, Connecticut. Thisposition focuses on outpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescentswith a broad range of mental health conditions.

Setting: Outpatient
Patient Volume: Approximately 10-12 patients per day
Discharges: At least 2 discharges per day
Program Size: 28 total beds
Patient Population: Children and adolescents with all mental health diagnoses
Care Model: Multidisciplinary team environment
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Coordinate care with therapists, nursing staff, and other providers
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Willingness to practice in an outpatient setting
Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
