Neurology Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry
Job Summary:
TriStar Skyline Medical Center's neuroscience group is seeking a behavioral and cognitive neurology specialist for a core faculty position within their GME neurology program in Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates: Board certified in adult neurology
Fellowship trained and/or UCNS certified in behavioral and cognitive neurology
Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
DEA with full prescriptive authority
Strong commitment to teaching, office consultation, dementia diagnosis and management
Design and supervise a cognitive/behavioral teaching clinic for neurology residents
Anticipated 100% outpatient practice without hospital consultation or night call
Option for 1:6 or 1:12 hospital weeks (with some night call these weeks)
Option for APD position if qualified and interested (approximately 40 GME hours per month)
Work with an affiliated faculty neuropsychologist in the region
Clinical faculty appointment available through Belmont University Frist College of Medicine
