Job description
Job Summary: This role is for a Psychiatry Physician providing locum tenens support in an inpatient setting, primarily treating adult patients.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage medication regimens.
Schedule & Coverage: Working hours include weekday evenings and overnight shifts, with additional coverage on weekends and holidays.
Qualifications & Skills: Licensed psychiatrist with experience in inpatient adult mental health. Strong diagnostic and treatment skills, and ability to work independently.
Additional Details: Credentialing may take over 30 days. Compensation ranges from $242.50 to $262.50 per hour. The position offers malpractice insurance, competitive pay, and support with travel and lodging arrangements.
