Psychiatrist Job Opening in El Paso, Texas
A multispecialty practice in southern Texas is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient position serving a diverse community in central San Antonio. The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive outpatient mental health care, including evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment, with a particular opportunity to support patients who also receive specialty medical care. The role is entirely outpatient with no weekends or call, includes a dedicated administrative day each week, and offers a competitive compensation package.
Qualifications
Experience providing psychiatric care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
Board certification or board eligibility in General Psychiatry.
Active Texas medical license or eligibility for Texas licensure.
Ability to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
Commitment to serving diverse and medically complex patient populations in a community health setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
